Feature Request: Tags on button click/url visit

Im surprised this hasn't been suggested before, but I think its super important to be able to have a tag added on click of a button to URL.

With that it adds the ability to track if a customer went to your facebook or twitter or your website etc.

PLease please please allow the possibility for add tag to trigger on button click of url
